Shipping policy

In-Stock Shipping:

When you order items that are currently in-stock, they usually ship within 5 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will inform you.

In-Stock and Preorder Combined Shipping:

If you place one order containing both in-stock and preordered items together, we will not ship any part of your order until all items are available. Please keep in mind that each item may have a different release date.

Free Shipping Within Canada:

For our Canadian customers, we offer free courier shipping on orders over $199.99 CAD.

Domestic Shipping:

We ship to Canada and the United States only, using the most cost-effective shipping courier.

International Shipping:

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Customs and Duty Fees:

Customers in the United States ordering from Kollectix should be aware that they may be subject to customs and/or duty fees depending on the total value of their order. It is important to note that these fees will be the responsibility of the customer, and Kollectix will not be held responsible for any additional charges.

Courier Handling:

Once your item(s) are handed over to our courier, we no longer have control over the handling process. While we take great care in packaging your items, we cannot be held liable for any mishandling by the courier. If you experience any shipping issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Damage Claims:

All damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We encourage you to inspect your items upon arrival. Claims made after the 7-day period will not be honored.

Please note, minor packaging flaws and/or imperfections that do not affect the interior contents are not considered a defect or damage, and will not be eligible for parcel insurance or refund claims. This includes minor variations in paint issues, print issues, dents, scuffs, scratches, creases, indentations, marks, and sticker placement, which can occur during the manufacturing and shipping process.

Undelivered Packages:

Packages returned due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect address, undeliverable package, or refused delivery, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer may contact us for alternative arrangements, subject to additional fees.

P.O. Boxes:

We do not offer shipping to post office boxes.
