Refund policy

    All sales are final after 24 hours of purchase.

    All sealed products, including cards, trading cards, and action figures, are final sale and not eligible for refund or return.

    Kollectix.com reserves all rights to make the final decision on any refunds at any time.

    Cancellation Policy:

    All cancellations after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 25% fee.

    Preorder Cancellation Policy:

    Preorder items are final sale, and cancellation for a complete refund is only possible within 24 hours of purchase. If you want to cancel after this time period, there will be a 25% cancellation fee.

    In-Stock Cancellation Policy:

    In-stock items are final sale, and a cancellation for a complete refund is only possible within 24 hours of purchase. If you want to cancel after this time period, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. If the items have already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee. Once the return is authorized and accepted, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

    Return Policy:

    To be eligible for a return, all inquiries must be submitted through our contact form. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are eligible for a return, you will be provided with additional information and instructions. Sending an item without authorization will be refused.

    All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging and in the same condition it was received. Any products that have been tampered with, opened, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or return. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

    Shipping Damage Return Policy:

    If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate an investigation with our shipping courier. Images will be required as proof. We encourage you to inspect your items upon arrival. Claims made after the 7-day period will not be honored.

    Please note, minor packaging flaws and/or imperfections that do not affect the interior contents are not considered a defect or damage, and will not be eligible for parcel insurance or refund claims. This includes minor variations in paint issues, print issues, dents, scuffs, scratches, creases, indentations, marks, and sticker placement, which can occur during the manufacturing and shipping process.

    Defective Item Return Policy:

    If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide images as proof of the defect, and our team will review your request. As with all collectibles, there may be occasional quality assurance (QA) issues, minor flaws, and/or imperfections from the factory. If you have specific preferences regarding paint variations or box condition, let us know in the order notes before placing your order, or contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Replacement of defective items is at the discretion of our team.

    Incorrect Item Return Policy:

    Mistakes do happen. If we have made an error in sending you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will process a return or exchange for you. Images will be required as proof. Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days will not be eligible.
